Batman from the Thirties to the Seventies (1971)

Batman Reprints

This was the companion piece to my first comic book purchase. I bought this from Corl’s Book Shop, from the same sale table I had found the Superman book a couple years earlier. This hardback collection of Batman reprints was mostly black and white, featuring the classic Batman villains including the Joker, Two-Face, Penguin, Man-Bat and the Riddler. It even included the “Red Hood” origin story of the Joker (also collected here.) I still have this great book.

Batman is always ready for action!
