This black and white magazine one-shot features the classic Frankenstein Monster and Bram Stoker’s Dracula, along with the first appearance of Manphibian.  (Despite the title of the magazine, and the monsters sharing the cover, they are in separate stories inside.)  I especially liked the Frankenstein story, as the Monster stumbles into a Masque Ball, fights briefly with the Wolf Man (really a party goer in disguise) and gets a little tipsy from too much punch. A bit of humor, but still a good horror story.

(Don’t confuse this issue with Marvel Premiere #28 which I reviewed earlier.)
